I watched Constantine last weekend and can say it's great looking film with cool effects. It's sorry that Deak doesn't come to speak here but he's work looked awesome.

Well, I have heard that Deak doesn't really like to talk about his work.
And he really has not the time actually. But there is a great new interview on his website: http://www.hatchfx.com/articles/idn/article-idn.html Enjoy!! |
Thanks Riddick for the link.
Sure I understand those "secrets" of work if we just may name it this way. There's nothing to talk about except basic things and standarts that are known already. It's art - professional art where every artist has his own style and his own technic of creation which helps to differ his works from other artists'. And I think it's normal. By saying "doesn't come to speak" I meant to discuss about his opinion on the piece of work he had to do for the film and a supervisor's needs, purposes, original footage material and etc. And it's not just about Deak. I mean it's great to hear from all the talented people we have here as well. |
