It is quite empty, but that's because the scene is quite deep in a sea and in a canion as well. From my point of view, there shouldn't be too many animals or corals, because there is not much light...

To be honest I liked the first 'grassy' version...

To be honest I liked the first 'grassy' version slightly better than the recent one in terms of lighting and colour range, but it is a matter of taste I guess. Anyway, good job on both versions.
