A few things I can think of for the first one is that things are a bit too separated. The over all tone needs to be more warm since it is sunset. It also shouldn't be as contrast...

I agree with what David says about the over all color key, you might want to make it more harmonious. Besides that, the image is somehow too clean. You might want to make some more visible icy spot...

over all is very nice and the quality is great and clean, but the color of the water doesn't fit in the scene. Consider the color of the sky, the water is way too...
