Interesting thread with some nice entries!
.. here are some sketches I did lately with Photoshop CS.
Each one took me about 45 mins up to a day, depending on its level of details and amount of fun...

The concept and the basic shading I did yesterday evening.
Maybe four to five hours. The final painting I did today within 7 hours, with breaks of course :twisted: . I'm not that fast yet!
