Well, i find the plate is more solid and beautiful than your matte. To my taste your replaced sky is in contend with front extreemly beautiful rocks. With your sky image has a lack of depth. If you make image smaller, it`s not that easy to separate front plan from middle and back.

And to be ohnest (in my opinion, of course), nobody can do better and authentic then the very NATURE itself =)) No matter how hard you try, images like those always look synthetic.
