You have some severe perspective problems going on in this piece. The building on the left appears to be leaning to the right, while the center statue seems to be sagging from the middle. Remember, everything in your composition must vanish to the horizon, but nothing in this piece does. Set up a set of vanishing points as a grid, and make sure everything matches those 2 vanishing points.
Also, since this is an outdoors scene, everything mush be lit from the same direction. Your castle in the background is lit from the left, the center stature is lit from the right, while the left building is lit from the top right. This will never look realistic if the lighting direction does not match.
Once again, staring out with a freehand sketch, and then only using your photos as textures will ultimately yield better results.
