Exiting? Really?

Stop what you are doing, and listen very hard.

Hear that sound?

That's the sound of the bottom of the barrel being scraped.

I'd be much more exited about new IP's being developed that utilize 3D in interesting ways, not 3D conversions of dated (and arguably fairly awful in the case of Ep. 1) films.

I wish they'd start with episode IV, not crappy I. though I'll go and see it just for the sake of Darth Maul:P but I agree with you, yeah. Hollywood is out of new ideas. I prefer something new, something new and epic.

in the grim darkness of the far future, there is only WAR.

Well, what do you expect? The whole film business around the world is based on cash cow theory!

I fully agree with you AJ; it's just going to benefit persons like that of Jon Landau and others! But, since the Film, 'Titanic' did such a great job in as early as the year 1997, it deserves to make the use of today's technology of 3D (there's nothing harm in it)! :) Moreover, we would get the opportunity to see it in big screen again! :)

Thanks,
Kaustav

I'd sooner see The Dark Knight in non-stereo Imax again than either of those two in stereo.

Yeah, it really would be nice if Hollywood stopped trying to milk old films and franchises and started investing in (shock, horror) good writers and original scripts!!! :O
