Hey, great progress ahead! You seem to be in rush when you do speedpaintings, some style or scenes are from leventep? I might be wrong. Anyways you are 18 and just take it easy when you paint. Paint alot from life and study anatomy. Try to spend 2-3h for each paint you do. It is better to learn the fundamental first than the last. Hope it helps, and keep going!

Hi Vofff!

Thank you very much. Yeah I've been told that, I should do that and I really need to start doing it. I've thought about it but just never done it, don't know why really.
About Leventep, on the soldier picture where there is a sword inside the dead body, I used one of Leventep's paintings as anatomy reference. I use his brush-set and I really like his style so yeah, my style might be something like his.

Once again, thank you very much.

Hio,

Just a new sketch I did today. Didn't take very long. Tried a new technique. I really enjoyed painting this.

Hio,

Just a quick & rough sketch, took 10-20 min. Haven't drawn using traditional mediums for a veeeeery long time. It was awesome though.

Thanks for looking,

Hello,

This is an early work in progress of my first acrylic painting. I really love this medium. Just figured I'd post it since it's my first time using this medium.

I'm going to add more mountains etc to improve the depth. I haven't really worked on the depth so far, just done some basic blocking. And don't mind the orange, it's from a quick test I did where I just wanted to blend intense colors.

No refs and sorry for bad image quality. The picture is taken with my phone.

Thanks for looking,

-Alexander I

Hio,

Just a few quick sketches. The second one is more of a poster-ish thing I made for a little school project. Both are done quickly & rough.

Thanks for looking,

-Alexander I

Hello,

Just showing a WIP picture of my first acrylic painting-sketch. Tons of work left. Especially the foreground & the sky. Gonna add some smaller mountains in the BG for increased depth and better composition.
No refs.

Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year everyone!

Take care,

-Alexander I

Hello all,

Been awhile since my last update in this thread.

Experimented with brushes in this one. It was really fun to paint this sci-fi/fantasy sketch.

Thanks for looking,

-Alexander I
