the boss only allowed about 20 hrs on this one. It's my first night scene and I could have easily put 20 more hours into it.

 FINALLY! So critic is welcome. As I said before, time was limited on this and I plan to work on it personally, for a cleaner portfolio piece.

Well.
U should start working over perspective first, and after that the image itself... And shadows Sharpness less ruid... and less filters... U already got the essence... keep on going...
