yeah i know, kbarts thanks for this remarq, its the hungarian parliament, but for me i call this scene " the church" because the building is really close to a church.
Now here its an update, im working on the lights details... http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/4725/thechurch1c.jpg
allways in progress, now i have finished all the details on the church, and the right tree, i go to work on the left tree and the glow who is too strong for the moment!!!
The god rays in the sky look rather light just running the zoom blur over that area of the sky. I would suggest that you should look at some photo reference of a real sky with godrays--the rays care created because parts of the light are blocked by the edges of clouds, so it will not be uniform over the entire area.
Also, I would back off on the godrays. I think this is way too much. This would be a case where "Less is more" might be a good thoughts.
Also, there is something wonkey about the perspective. It looks to my eye like the church is vanishing to the bottom. especially on the lower left hand side. Maybe it is that patch of light on the lower flying buttresses that is throwing me off, but I would re-grid this to make sure all of my vanishing points were properly set up.
The mood is nice, though.
Hope that helps.

Yeah i know i have to work on the glow who is too present, and the rays, for the building the original photo is like that.
But for me its not a problem i prefer to have something more "strange" than straight.
